In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise.

By creating an Account, accessing any part of the mak77 platform, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the mak77 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of mak77 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person — not as a corporation, trust, partnership, or other non-natural entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court injunction, or other legal prohibition on gambling.
• You have not previously had a mak77 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment, not on behalf of any other person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

mak77 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing mak77 is permitted under the laws of your place of residence. Indonesian residents should be aware that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position under Indonesian law — see our Legal Notice on the homepage for further detail.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) mak77 Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via proxy registration — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

mak77 is required under its international licence to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• National Identity Document: A clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk Nasional). The name and date of birth must exactly match the registered Account details.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months showing your name and residential address in Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta, or any other Indonesian city or region).
• Selfie Verification: A clear, well-lit photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, confirming document authenticity.

KYC reviews are completed within 1 to 24 hours of submission (WIB). mak77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are unclear, incomplete, or raise compliance concerns. Until KYC is approved, withdrawals are suspended but deposits and gameplay remain available.

mak77 may also conduct enhanced due diligence for accounts with unusually high transaction volumes or activity patterns consistent with anti-money-laundering (AML) risk indicators. Enhanced reviews may take up to 72 hours and Members will be notified via the registered email address.

All deposits to mak77 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mak77 does not accept deposits in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Withdrawals are available exclusively to Members who have completed KYC verification. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practice.

mak77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

mak77 offers a range of betting products including sports betting (bandar bola — bookmaker-style football wagering on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other leagues), live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and others. The following general rules apply to all products.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mak77 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating, operating, or having knowledge of multiple Accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Match fixing, collusion with other players, or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using mak77 as a conduit for financial transactions unrelated to genuine betting activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors knowingly and repeatedly.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward mak77 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Sharing Account credentials, or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Any form of chargebacks initiated through your payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered.

All content on the mak77 platform — including but not limited to software, game mechanics, graphics, brand assets, user interface design, text, and audio — is the exclusive property of mak77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the mak77 platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of mak77's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mak77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control, including failures in third-party payment networks or data feeds.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• The accuracy of odds, lines, or results data provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any promotional communication, editorial content, or AI-generated content on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mak77's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident.

mak77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Evidence that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach by the Member), mak77 may withhold any Bonus Funds, promotional winnings, or balances derived from suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any qualifying real-money balance will be returned via your most recently used withdrawal method following completion of applicable security checks.

mak77 is committed to promoting safe gambling practices. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all available free of charge to every Member:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps in IDR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss over a set period. Once the limit is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Auto-logout after a defined play duration.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and cumulative wager amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusions are irrevocable during the chosen period and cannot be cancelled except on expiry of a temporary exclusion.
• Self-Assessment Quiz: A confidential PGSI-based questionnaire to help you evaluate whether your gambling habits remain in a healthy range.

mak77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) is limited to information necessary to process your transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to applicable legal retention obligations) by contacting [email protected].

mak77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — i.e., they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — mak77 will provide at least 7 days' notice via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or additions that do not reduce Member rights), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the mak77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the amendments take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mak77's operating entity is incorporated (the "Governing Jurisdiction"). This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
